1. Acceptance

By accessing or using The Lilypad Lounge, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use and Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not connect your wallet or interact with the site.

2. Non-Custodial Service

• The Lilypad Lounge does not custody funds, private keys, or seed phrases.
• All transactions are created for your review and must be signed by your wallet; you are solely responsible for verifying details before approval.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your wallet credentials and complying with applicable laws.

3. Experimental Tool

• The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Features may change, break, or be removed without notice.
• The Lilypad Lounge is not affiliated with Pond0x. Referral routing, manifests, landclaim rewards, Demplar world grants, and other third-party outcomes are not guaranteed and may change at any time.
• Your use is at your own risk. We make no warranties regarding functionality, accuracy, or availability.

4. Daily Swap Budget

• Quotes and swap-builds on this server share a daily action budget (currently 80 actions per wallet per UTC day: quote = 1, build = 2) so the lounge RPC stays available for everyone.
• Providing your own Solana RPC in Settings does not increase that budget. Quotes and transaction submits still use the lounge infrastructure.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Do not attempt to exploit, overload, or abuse the API or infrastructure.
• Do not use the site for unlawful activity, including sanctions violations or money laundering.
• Respect third-party terms governing wallets, DEXs, and other integrated services.

6. Liability

• To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Lilypad Lounge and its contributors are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use.
• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the project and its contributors against claims related to your activities.

7. Privacy & Data Handling

• Production traffic is served over HTTPS.
• Wallet addresses used for landclaims, Embassy check-ins, SRPG, and quotas are stored hashed with a server-side salt. We do not store private keys or seed phrases.
• We collect wallet addresses and transaction metadata only when necessary to operate landclaims, relics, contributions, or SRPG features. Confirmed on-chain signatures may be recorded so payments cannot be reused.
• Land plot grants may be sent to Demplar’s Convex backend so plots appear on demplar.thelilypadlounge.io. That world is operated by KnightsDemplar, not by this lounge.
• Server logs may record limited request information (IP address, timestamps, route usage) for abuse prevention and troubleshooting. Logs are rotated and not monetized.
• No names, emails, social handles, or personal identifiers are requested by default. Character names and optional Embassy handles are stored only if you provide them.
• We do not sell user data and only disclose information when required by law.

8. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the developer’s jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved in that venue unless otherwise required by applicable law.

9. Updates

Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be noted in the application.
